The ‘Nut on Ice

The city of Walnut Creek went into the coffers and presented to it’s residents a temporary ice skating rink to entertain themselves during the holi-craze. I went to see this “Walnut Creek on Ice” and I was never more entertained than at the sight of kids crashing into the walls and floor of the rink. I’m demented, I know, but c’mon now….wouldn’t it be boring if everyone was a perfect skater in this town!? Besides, kids bones heal faster than adults so the ridicule is only temporary.
