Jason in NYC

It’s amazing how after growing up in the same neighborhood I wouldn’t meet Jason until we were co-workers on the opposite side of the country. We hooked up while we were both in NYC visiting family for the holidays and ventured to a club called Hiro down near the meat packing district. It was the most high priced minimum bar tab ($50) I’ve ever agreed to open. Ridiculous. Aside from that wackness, I had fun hanging with Jason and his gal-pal Deanne, and lemme tell ya Jason is quite the ladies man! The two of them tore the place up with their dance grooves. Then my little bro Bobby came by to join us after getting stuck outside for 30+ minutes via the bouncing crews’ “you’re not on the guest list” garbage. But once inside Bobby made up for lost time on the dancefloor; I needed a crowbar to get him home eventually deep in the a.m. — I haven’t hung out that late in so long I was mashed when I got back to Bobby’s. The city that never sleeps had me lights out.
