Mahsa’s B-day Bash in SOHO

Seems like everyone is having a birthday lately.

The lastest sun-cycle to observe was Mahsa’s who celebrated her 25th birthday in style with a posse of fellow LCC MA students at Bella Italia in Leciester Square a couple nights back. Aside from the waiter being a bit too pushy & impatient for everyone’s taste, we all had a good time and of course plenty of photo’s were taken.

After dinner Melanie suggested we try a pub not too far away, noted for it’s tree trunk looking interior. Again many more photos were shot and before you know it’s 11pm and they’re kicking us out the joint. I guess Thursday nights just aren’t a happening time for the place. Boo! After dodging out aggressive “club going” salesmen on the street we say our goodbyes to those still sober enough to get back home in one piece. Call it yet another b-day success story as Mahsa said “it was the best birthday EVER!”. Damn straight it was.

Hi Jamie

Some cool photos there! The pub is called “Waxy O’ Connors”, often referred to as “Waxy’s”….

It’s the first pub I ever went to in London and is definitely well worth going to again and again (and again)!!!

Mel ;-)
