USA vs ITALY

Managed to catch this World Cup match after learning the exhibit I wanted to see at the Tate Modern was already over. I had good company with Dimitris as he schooled me to the rules of the game. There were 3 red cards issued during the must win match which is unusual apparently, with the US getting the worst of it. Despite that though the american squad managed a 1-1 tie and keep their World Cup hpes alive as did the Italians. The pub I was at wasn’t too packed but oddly was for the US. Weird.
