Itching to check out the modernist exhibition at the Victoria & Albert museum, I ventured over to museum row on a hot-ass day with fellow classmates Spyros & Stuart in tow. We took the wrong bus and had to cut through Hyde Park and along the way saw this kool bubble looking structure that housed a little video gallery & deli inside. However, once we got to the V&A we all agreed the price for admission was too steep for any of us so we checked out part of the Natural History Museum for a little bit instead.
We checked out this exhibition that featured these ice looking skeleton sculptures. It also showcased photographs depicting life in the artic as well as trying to further awareness of the dire impact human beings are having on the environment worldwide, summed up pretty well in this poignant quote by Ian McEwan.
