NYC is damn chilly!

In my first visit back to the United States in over a year I’ve been greeted by the brutal New York cold. Even London isn’t this fridgid and it’s on a higher latitude!
These past several weeks have been a blur. After New Year’s day, I had to move out of my flat and I spent most of the month couch surfing in Thao’s flat while I unsuccesfully tried to land work here in London; prospective employers were skeptical of my current student visa so I figured it would be best if I just came back home to the U.S. for a little bit to save some money and try to sort out all the paperwork here for an unrestricted working visa for the UK. Also a bonus to see friends and family again.
