If it wasn’t for that listed price tag. Prior too this nonsense, you could expect horrible work for the Winter Olympics, but DAMN GINA!!! I thought our hometown Izzy mascot (2nd version, of course, Atlanta for those not in the loop), was the worst…nope, the blokes across the pond made sure of that.
Who’s friend was this “designer,” and I use that lightly. Please pay ME that money for nothing. Sh!t, I would have at least written them a poem, or something to go with it.

Dan Keplinger, the original Cingular spokesman, would have done a tremendously better job than this.

I understand where they were going, what they’re trying to convey … and it does bring a modern look to the tradition of the games, sure. That being said, I don’t like it - it’s barely human-readable, the pointiness makes me uncomfortable …. and I’m sure those colors are going to be responsible for numerous seizures.

For the 80s retro ness I enjoy it. But I think it’s a pretty pants logo for 2012 what a waste of money.
It was a mistake giving it to London. We’re just going to screw things up and it’ll be another national embarassment.
