Crash Mansion

I ventured over to the Crash Mansion down in SoHo last night to hang out with Jason and watch his brother’s four-member alternative rock band called Secret Secrets of the Bend perform live with their usual entourage of supporters in the mix. Sara came down right after work so she could get a good glimpse of all the “action”.

The venue itself had a nice vibe to it, though you could tell it must be a mad house there on the weekend. Another band called Exit the Ordinary peformed right after SOTB and despite a low crowd I thought they “kicked ass” as the rock “in Vogue” would say. They were a few guest bands during the evening as well and one in particular, Batorats, I thought were really good and full of energy.
