Steve’s Bar

It’s an understatement to say that Steve’s Bar is an interesting place to hang out in Casa Grande. All the locals convene here to take the edge off of a long hot day, watch some of the ball game and chat up on the latest and greatest. Each patron brings their own sense of charm & wit to the joint that makes this place, well, um, interesting.
Case in point: someone here yesterday remarked that I looked like the rapper Ludacris. He said it’s because of the flat cap that I wear. This really made no sense to me, but because he was geniuely excited and meant no harm by the comment I just went along with it anyway… I just hope he doesn’t think I have “codes” for him to borrow.
01. Bar signs
02. Moose Drool (what I’ve been drinking all week)
03. Historic facts of Steve’s Bar in 1897
04. Sunland Gin road
05. Cleo sleeping
06. Arizona Sunset
Today is also my mom’s birthday. Needless to say, if she wasn’t around I wouldn’t be around so a heartfelt “thanks” goes to her for being around. Darryl picked up the clay feet she had wanted to pot some plants into and that easily made her day. Way to go Navy!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHARON!!
You have one funny dog! She must make you laugh
quite a bit.
We hope your year is full of fun stuff, good health
and warm hugs (or would you prefer they be cool in all that heat)!
