Sunshine

I saw this film in the theater a few months back and I noticed the DVD of it is now out. I thought Sunshine was a great Sci-Fi flick, probably one of the best ones I’ve seen in a long while. The physics are sound, the cinematography is conceptually & visually beautiful and the cast is excellent featuring Michelle Yeoh and Cillian Murphy among others. It’s about a crew of boffins trying to reignite a dying & cooling sun so that life on Earth won’t slip into a permanent frozen death grip. Makes you appreciate skin cancer even more, doesn’t it?!
