DON’T VOTE

I thought this would be kind of ironic to post today, since it’s the first Tuesday of November and local elections are being held throughout the United States. It’s actually a anarchist poster by the New York Committee, Anti-Vote campaign from 1964 discussing boycotting the ‘64 U.S. elections. Kinda has an Emma Goldman feel to it don’t you think?!
Though most who know me well know I don’t advocate not voting, but I just happen to think it’s a stunning piece of political art and raises some novel ways to engage the public and inspire direct political action.
