Iron Man

Iron Man Movie

WOW!

It was great going into the theater win ZERO expectations, but I must admit this was easily one of the better comic book films I’ve seen in a while. Especially since it keep really true to the spirit of the title character. Robert Downey, Jr. suits up as the Invincible Iron Man and he did a FABULOUS job as the playboy, super genius engineer, womanizing and tipsy superhero. I thought it was a great cast overall, but I couldn’t help but chuckle at the fact that a real life addict was playing a fictitious one - I can’t wait for the “Demon in the Bottle” screenplay to come next. No, really, I’m serious, that’s a great storyline,

No lie, this movie was really fun, well paced and had plenty of fanboy shout-outs laced within without detracting from the uniniated. Also the techy stuff and visual effects looked brilliant for Iron Man and felt seamless throughout the movie. Marvel Comics really did a great job out the gate with their first film production under their studio production company. And I’m sorry to say this but, Bruce Wayne you ain’t got nothing on Tony Stark in the ladies department… smoking!!!

Oh, and stick around through the end-credits which features a sneak peek to the Avengers cross-over film apparently in production which will is slated to debut in 2010…yeaaaaaaaah boyeeeee!

Becuase I found a way to watch Norton in Hulk, SPOILER ALERT,

It lead me to seek out Iron Man, and I was fortunate enough to find the same move to watch online, and was surprised.

Still wouldn’t pay for any of this crap though.
