Chilling with Trixie & Ryan over in Brick Lane

Today I got a double dose of my L.A. days when I meet up with now London resident artist Ryan “sticker upper” Campbell and the visiting photographic wonder Trixie “Bring the Pain” Textor over some indian food and some perverted Japanese artwork via the Hibiki Tokiwa Exhibition at Bodhi all near Brick Lane.

I haven’t seen Trixie literally IN YEARS so it was great to catch up with her again in the flesh, and Ryan was her usual witty self whom I had just seen a few days ago again already. We wandered around the area for a little bit, crashing some other cheese & wine events before hitting a pub off Bethnal Green road that featured bar service like molasses. But in the end it was the atmosphere and company that counted most. To bad it was Trixie’s last night in town, would have like to toured the city more with her shutterbugging, but I’m sure she’ll want to visit us again soon, right!?
