Petition to save the USA’s wild horses
July 9th, 2008

Apparently the Bureau of Land Management intends to slaughter over 30,000 horses left in the wild ranges of the United States. Somehow, this doesn’t seem “to American” to be killing off a symbol of the USA’s freedom, independence and spirit, no does it?
If this concerns you at all in anyway, especially as an animal rights activist, then go sign a petition to implore the U.S. government abide by the Wild Free-Roaming Horses and Burro Act of 1971 and help to prevent driving these beautiful creatures into extinction.
