Recently elected mayor of London Boris Johnson will issue a ban on public drinking on the Tube and other TfL transport services starting today at midnight today, so last night a bunch of booze-savvy protesters took the opportunity to ride the tube intelligently inebriated one last time in which I participated and observed with my buddy Matt.

New York City has a new hero in Wesley Autry, a fellow Harlem native who saved a man from sure death down in the subway. Reading about what he did was just an amazing act of selflessness. Even from thousands of miles away this man makes me proud of being a true New Yorker.
